Field

The whole-person-care infrastructure maternal care has always been missing.

Field is the ambient data infrastructure and care coordination intelligence connecting the maternal community health workforce to clinical care — closing the gap that mothers and children have always fallen through.

The Problem

The Gap We Built For

Community health workers: doulas, CHWs, lactation consultants, postpartum navigators, midwives — generate critical care data every day. Almost none of it reaches clinical/health systems.

There is no concrete infrastructure connecting what happens in homes and communities to what happens in hospitals. Mothers fall through that gap.

What Field Does

Ambient Intelligence. Real Continuity.

Field captures care data at the community level — passively, without burdening the workforce — and surfaces it as structured care intelligence for the workforce and population health intelligence for the institutions that need it.

By making whole-person care data interoperable for the first time, Field connects what happens in the community to what happens in the clinic. The workforce gets documentation and case management relief. Institutions get visibility they've never had.

Who it's for

Built around the people who already do the work.

The Workforce

Built for doulas, community health workers, lactation consultants, postpartum navigators, and midwives. Designed around trust.

Maternal Health Organizations

Doula agencies, birth centers, home visiting programs, WIC agencies, and maternal health CBOs — organizations whose entire workforce is maternal. Field serves everyone in the building.

Medicaid MCOs, Payers, & Health Systems

Population health intelligence, outcomes data, and care coordination infrastructure — built from the community up.
